Hyatt Place Denver/Downtown

Staying at that motel was super convenient for catching the hockey game. We could just walk right over to the ball arena without any hassle. Plus, the place itself was really clean. The staff there were also super friendly and helpful. Honestly, it made for a really pleasant and easy trip.

I was on a weekend trip with my daughters who had won scholarships to a writer's conference. We were checking in were fortunate enough to meet, Augustin at the front desk. She was absolutely lovely! She was so kind and friendly, I could hardly believe it ( I find most hotel check in staff are less than hospitable). She chatted with me like we were old friends! I learned that she was training a new employee who was also very friendly. What a great example of how to interact with guests (in Augustina!). I shared that i was here with my teenaged daughters that had earned full scholarships for a professional writer's conference. I was telling her that I was not an attendee, so I'd have to find things to do for 3 days. I mentioned that i couldn't even eat dinner with them because in order to attend, I'd have to pay around $80 dollars just for a meal! Augustina was so gracious, she offered to comp my dinner at the hotel restaurant! She also made sure that my parking was taken care of. She was so meticulous and accommodating. I've never been treated with such care at a hotel. I then met Darsana, I think maybe a manager? She was also so gracious and kind. I needed some utensils in my room and she went out of her way to find some for me, finally having to track some down at the restaurant. Also, I tried to order by phone from the restaurant but multiple times, no one answered. I called the front desk and inquired if I had the right number... so SHE offered to take my order and walk it over to the restaurant! Then, she called my room back to let me know when I could come down to get it. I was so impressed with the staff I had encountered on this stay. Both of these ladies went well out of their way to make my stay absolutely delightful! Upon checking out I met Sophia. She was also wonderful and pleasant and communicative. I spoke to her about what great interactions I'd had all weekend and she was so supportive of her colleagues. She immediately shared what wonderful people they are and how glad she was that I had encountered them. This was a wonderful stay! Our room was spotless, bathroom especially! I was treated so well and the women I mentioned genuinely seemed to care that I was taken care of and treated well. I would stay here again, even if it meant I had to drive to my event. I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Downtown Denver and couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and courteous. Everyone we interacted with went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of, which really made the stay feel personal and stress-free. Housekeeping also did an excellent job. Our room was spotless every day—fresh linens, neatly organized, and very well maintained. It’s clear they take pride in their work. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight. There were plenty of tasty options to choose from each morning, and everything was fresh and well stocked. It was the perfect way to start our day before heading out to explore. On top of that, Denver itself is such a great place to visit. The city has an amazing vibe, and the people are genuinely friendly and welcoming. It really added to the overall experience.

The hotel was nice. It wasn’t fancy but it had what I needed. The bar was convenient and the staff was wonderful. When we checked in, we were early and I didn’t expect to get a room but, as always, just asked if a room was available. I was told the room was available but since check-in was at 4pm, I had to pay $35 to check in early. It was worth it to me to pay the $35. I hope it was worth it for the hotel for this review to get a 4 instead of a 5. It has been a courtesy at other hotel to just allow me to check in IF the room was available. I wasn’t trying to reserve an early check in or make the housekeeping staff do work faster to accommodate me.

I had a good stay at the Hyatt Place Denver Downtown. The location is really convenient and made getting around the city easy, especially for work and nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a solid layout and everything you need for a short stay. Nothing overly fancy, but definitely reliable and practical. Overall a dependable option in Denver. Good value, good location, and a comfortable place to rest after a long day. I would stay here again.

My Wife and I spent 3 nights and we were so happy we picked this Hotel !! Great view of the mountains from the 21 floor Location is perfect for shopping 16 s.t and restaurants so many so close . Perfect for getting to Empower Field for the Broncos . We had amazing service and would like to thank Jim and Miles for all the information and help they gave us getting rides and info on things to do ,they are the best par none and made our stay wanting to come back and we will. From Edmonton ,Alberta . Go Broncos !!!

Very nice hotel. The view from my room over the city was excellent. The room itself was very confortable and nicely planned out. I cannot fault the place. About 20 minutes walk from Union Station. Straight along Denver main street - 17th Street - to Glenarm Pl. Turn right and its 3 blocks ahead. In rush hour traffic it is quicker to walk than taking a taxi/driving.

Had a great time celebrating the holidays at this hotel! The front desk staff were attentive and nice. The best part of the trip was probably our experience at the hotel bar in the evening with the bartender Erika… she was an amazing bartender and made our nights out so much fun! She was so attentive and friendly! The friendliest person we met on the trip!
